Heleen Beukers is Marketing Manager bij online bloemist Topbloemen uit Nieuw-Vennep. Zij is zeer te spreken over de samenwerking met Continews, vooral omdat het bureau volgens haar proactief meedenkt, eerlijk is, en steeds het maximale eruit probeert te halen voor de klant.

Proactief meedenken
<\/strong>\u201cWat ik vooral zo prettig vind aan de samenwerking met Continews, is dat ze echt proactief met je meedenken\u201d, zo legt Heleen uit. \u201cOnze communicatiemedewerker heeft vrijwel dagelijks contact met onze accountmanager bij Continews. Die denkt echt actief mee over wat voor inhakers we kunnen bedenken met wat er momenteel in het nieuws speelt. En als hij iets hoort wat relevant zou kunnen zijn, dan laat hij het ons meteen weten. Het is echt heel erg fijn als je zo\u2019n goede sparring partner hebt in het bedenken van onderwerpen. \u201d

Eerlijkheid
<\/strong>Een andere eigenschap van Continews waar Heleen zeer over te spreken is, is de eerlijkheid. Het PR-bureau bestaat zeker niet uit ja-knikkers, en dat doet Heleen deugd: \u201cAls we zelf met een idee komen dat geen goed idee is, dan durven ze dat ook te zeggen. Ook leggen ze ons dan uit waarom iets geen goed idee is. Zo kunnen we er steeds zeker van zijn dat als we met een bericht naar buiten komen, dit ook relevant is. Bij Continews willen ze niet alleen aan de voorwaarden van het abonnement voldoen, ze willen echt steeds het maximale voor jou als klant eruit halen.\u201d

<\/p>\n

Zichtbaarheid vergroten en goede naam hoog houden
<\/strong>Topbloemen heeft bij Continews een Niche<\/a>-abonnement, waarmee vooral de vakmedia bereikt worden: \u201cWij zetten PR-deals vooral in om onze zichtbaarheid te vergroten en om onze goede naam hoog te houden. Het Niche abonnement werkt voor ons op dit moment het beste, omdat het voor ons belangrijk is om ons imago goed op peil te houden, zowel bij de lokale bloemisten toe als naar de klanten toe.\u201d

<\/p>\n

Lange termijnstrategie
<\/strong>Daarnaast zijn er nog enkele andere dingen die Continews volgens Heleen op een positieve manier anders doet dan andere PR-bureaus: \u201cVeel andere PR-bureaus zullen ook vast proactief meedenken, maar bij Continews doen ze het echt anders. Ze geven altijd uitgebreide terugkoppeling en laten weten hoe een bericht opgepakt is. Ook bouwen ze met ons aan een imago. Die scherpe blik, dat meedenken op strategisch niveau, dat gaat veel verder dan puur alleen persberichten versturen.
